Linda A. Vanderlinden, 74 of Des Moines died of lung cancer on Monday, August 24, 2026 at her home. Linda, the daughter of Wayne and Lorraine Cole Cronk on October 5, 1951 in Waterloo, Iowa. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Des Moines. Linda married Gayy L. Vnaderlinden and was employed with the Shopper News Network and TMC Transportation until her retirement. David Russell Jones, 74, died on July 29, 2026, at his home in Des Moines Iowa surrounded by his daughters. He was born on July 27th, 1952, to Ival Jones (Russ) and Katherine Bailey (Kay). Dave grew up on the east side of Des Moines and graduated from East High School in 1970. After graduation, Dave set out to fulfill his dream and bought his first horse. In 1978, He bought farmland, in southern Warren County, where he resided for 42 years and continued his love of horses.
