Enzo Cihan Mercado Bados was born on June 8, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa, and returned to Heaven on September 18, 2026.

Cihan was a happy little boy who was always smiling. His sweet smile brought happiness to everyone around him, and he had a special way of brightening any room he was in. Although his time here was short, Enzo was deeply loved and brought so much joy to his family.

Cihan will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Jonathan Mercado and Isamar Bados; his big brother, Nenes; his grandparents; and his many aunties and uncles.

Cihan’s beautiful smile and the happiness he brought to his family will always be remembered. He will forever be loved and held close in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Enzo on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 7601 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa 50321. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
