Victoria Trinidad Garcia was born on April 12, 1968, in Des Moines, Iowa. She passed away on September 7, 2026, at the Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.

Victoria’s memory lives on through her children, Esteban Miguel Ellis-Arvizu and Oralia Celina Ellis; her grandchildren, Emilio Ellis, Elizabeth Cason, Taliyah Cason, and Alexzander Cason; and her siblings, Arther Ellis and Patricia Sultana.

She was preceded in death by Oralia Flores (Ellis) and Arthur Ellis Sr.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Victoria on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 7601 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa. A Celebration of Life will begin at 6:00 p.m.
