Ollie Gogerty



On Saturday, April 23rd, Ollie was taken from this world. Ollie was born on April 18, 2005 to they parents Patrick Martin Gogerty and Annemarie Ellen Gogerty in Liberty, Missouri. They were a very selfless and empathetic person as they would always love and support their friends, putting others' needs above their own.


Ollie excelled at Norwalk High School, they made the honor roll due to they high academic standing. Ollie was a very active member in the LGBTQ+ community, and especially was strong advocate and aly for many students at Norwalk High School. They were an exceptional artist and musician, and loved the gothic subculture, as it was a very important outlet that allowed them to express themself. What fulfilled they heart and time was playing in the marching band and jazz band. They instruments of choice were the alto saxophone and the baritone saxophone.


Left to cherish Ollie’s memory are they parents; grandma Anita Gogerty; sisters Adeline, Isabelle; cousins Sean, Katie, Ashley, Paul, Luke, Kim, Marisa, Peter, Kinze, and Issie. Ollie is reunited with grandfather John Gogerty.


A Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at O’Leary’s Funeral and Cremation Services. All funds raised will be directly donated to Ollie's immediate family, in order to ensure that Ollie can have the proper memorial they deserve: https://gofund.me/9dabd410


Not only will Ollie be missed by many friends and family members, but their legacy and memory will continue to be with those grieving for as long as time will tell.
