David Joseph Rudzik II

David Joseph Rudzik II, 54, was born on December 24, 1971, in Des Moines, Iowa, and passed away on April 18, 2026, at Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines.

David enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, especially fishing, watching football, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for the time he shared with those he loved and the memories he helped create.

He is survived by his father, David Rudzik I; his half-sister, Jennica Rudzik; as well as other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Murriel Rudzik.

A graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 7601 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

David will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
